A holy discontent is arising in God’s people to see the ‘raw and the real’. They want to see the ‘real’ – the real love and power of God that leaves people and regions transformed. They want to see the ‘raw’ – where people are transparent and vulnerable in their journey with each other and through this help each other mature in their walk with the Lord; where the raw power of God is evident and the raw, unadulterated truth of God’s word is spoken. There is a deep hunger arising for the raw and the real for transformation is seen on the back of the raw and the real. God is drawing together those who are hungering for the raw and the real and these ones are stepping out on His leading to be the salt and the light and to impact those around them to advance His kingdom.

 

Raw and Real Truth

I heard the Lord say, “I am looking for those who will speak My truth; those who will lead people to the raw and real truth of My word, not adding or subtracting from the message but allowing the raw transformational power of My word to go forth.”

 

Raw and Real Vessels

The Lord then said, “I am looking for those who will be raw and real; who will be vessels that are transparent and vulnerable to others and showcase the journey they have walked with Me. Their testimony of the transformational work in their lives will lead others to see I use the broken and the yielded. As they are raw and real with others, they will pioneer the path for others and showcase the transformational power of My love and My Spirit. They will lead others to My truth and My ways.”

 

Raw and Real Love

The Lord then said, “It is time for My people to display, and walk in, My raw and real love. This is the love that meets people at their point of need. It is sacrificial, non-judgmental and extravagant by nature and leaves an imprint on the hearts and lives of others.”

 

Raw and Real Power

The Lord went on to say, “Those who walk in the Spirit should see evidence of the raw and the real power of My Spirit in their lives and in their sphere of influence. The raw and the real power of My Spirit brings freedom and sets captives free. It transforms lives and brings glory to My name. Those who are humble, surrendered to Me and have walked through My refining fire will see Me use them in greater ways to advance My kingdom in the days ahead as My Spirit is poured out in a greater measure.”

 

Hunger for the Raw and the Real

I then heard the Lord say, “The world is crying out for the raw and the real; those who put My word into action. They are looking for My disciples who worship Me in spirit and truth, who walk in My love and are vessels through which My Spirit moves with power. They are looking for a body who moves to the beat of John 13:35, Psalm 119:105, Galatians 5:25 and 1 Corinthians 2:4-5. I am stirring the hearts of My people to answer this call and many are arising to take up this mandate. They are the ones that will see transformation around them as they allow the transformational power of My truth, love and Spirit to move through them to impact others and their region.”

 

John 13:35 (ESV) – “By this all people will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.”

Psalm 119:105 (ESV) – Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path

Galatians 5:25 (ESV) – If we live by the Spirit, let us also keep in step with the Spirit.

1 Corinthians 2:4-5 (ESV) – and my speech and my message were not in plausible words of wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and power, so that your faith might not rest in the wisdom of men but in the power of God.

 

The Raw and Real Call

I then heard Him say, “My faithful ones are arising who are hearing the call to be, and walk in, the raw and the real. They will show the raw and real power of My word, love and Spirit to the world. They will be My ‘sent’ ones for they understand transformation comes as they go, do and speak on the leading of My Spirit. My transforming power, truth and love is to be taken outside the walls of the church for it is My desire for whole regions to be transformed. The masses will be drawn to the raw and the real for this is where My glory will be seen.”
