I heard the Lord say, “I am breaking fear of the lives of My people.”

 

I then saw the enemy had sent targeted assignments of fear against many of God’s people. This fear was in a number of areas including fear they had missed the next step in their destiny, fear they would never receive the breakthrough they have been contending for, fear they had not heard clearly from the Lord and fear they were stepping out of the timing of God. I then saw a huge sledge hammer come down from heaven and smash the assignments of fear that had been unleashed by the enemy. These assignments were cancelled and broken by the Lord with great might. The Lord had broken the lies of the enemy that had brought fear. As the assignments of fear were broken I saw the Lord release the gift of faith to many and also increased spiritual sight. These were tools in the hands of the people to continue to stand in faith and to clearly see the path ahead as well as heavenly sight to see the schemes of the enemy. I saw a huge shield of faith around the people and the lies were hitting the shield and having no affect. The people were surrounded by peace, a peace that surpassed understanding as they stood firm, knowing God was faithful to bring to pass what He had spoken.

 

The Lord then said, “Be still and know that I am God. Don’t waver in trusting what I have spoken for it will surely come to pass at the perfect time. Lean not on your own understanding but put your trust in Me. Align your heart with Mine for perfect love casts out fear. You will see Me work all things together for your good and you will be surprised by the way I align the path before you. I am releasing faith to you so you may stand firm and contend for what I have spoken. I am releasing an increase in spiritual sight so you will have heavenly sight to see My hand at work in your life and discernment to know which assignments and open doors are from Me to bring advancement. You will discern which assignments are from the enemy to bring delay and distraction. Don’t align with the lies of the enemy but stand firm in faith, knowing I am faithful.”

 

The word of God tells us over and over not to fear or worry. The enemy uses fear to limit us from stepping out in faith into all the Lord has prepared for us to walk in. We belong to an all-powerful, all-knowing father who cares deeply for us and the destiny He has for us. By focusing on Him, our focus shifts from fear to faith. We can combat fear but choosing to trust in Him and focusing on the truth found in the word of God. In order to rest in the Lord we need to have an intimate relationship with God and understand the character of God. We will then be confident to leave our fears and worries at His feet, knowing He cares for us and is ordering our steps and aligning the path ahead. Don’t believe the lies of the enemy; instead stand firm in faith knowing God is faithful to bring to pass what He has spoken. Receive the increase in spiritual sight and faith the Lord wants to give you.
