Today as I was praying I heard the Lord say, “Prepare the launch pad.” A launch pad is the base or platform from which a rocket or space vehicle is launched. I had an understanding that He was saying we are going to enter a time when things will move quickly and we will need to be ready. The Lord is inviting us to prepare to be launched into the new move that is coming, both individually and corporately. It will be a powerful move of the Spirit that will advance quickly. When I asked the Lord how we were to get ready, I heard Him say, “Be in my presence.” I had a vision of a launch pad and people were praying and worshipping. The words they spoke and the sound they released were powerful. When I looked closer I sensed they were surrendering all to the Lord. Their worship was opening up a clearer channel to hear the voice of the Lord. The people were receiving revelation from heaven on the next steps they were to take in preparation and they were being obedient in carrying these out. The people were embracing the preparation stage and they knew their launch date was coming soon. They were eager to consecrate themselves and prepare in any way needed. There was no anxiety in them as they were resting in the Lord and in the knowing they would be led by the Spirit. (Exodus 33:14 – My presence will go with you, and I will give you rest). The Lord was bringing their thoughts into alignment with His and was stirring them to hunger for a deeper relationship with Him. (Colossians 3:1- If then you have been raised with Christ, seek the things that are above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God). The people had an excited expectation for what was to come.

 

As I finished praying I walked in to the lounge where the kids where watching a cartoon and at the moment I walked in a rocket was being launched on the cartoon…God was giving me another rocket picture as confirmation of His word.

 

Be purposeful about seeking the Lord and being in His presence. (Psalm 27:8 – You have said, “Seek my face.” My heart says to you, “Your face Lord so I seek.”) Get ready to be launched into the next dimension of your destiny. Get ready to be part of the new move of the Spirit that is coming. We will move into a time of acceleration in the things of the spirit and we will be amazed at what God will do. He will do abundantly more than we can think or imagine (Ephesians 3:20).
